Join Dallas Hartwig and Melissa Hartwig, founders of Whole9, for a practical, straightforward, interactive discussion on how to apply our Good Food principles to your specific vegetarian or vegan diet.

“Whole9 knows their nutrition. Not just that “science-y” stuff like biochemistry, digestion, or endocrinology. In addition to their theoretical background, Melissa and Dallas are masters of  the practical “how-to’s” that can only be learned from working with thousands of peopleand getting results.”

Robb Wolf, Author, The Paleo Solution

In our vegetarian-focused virtual event, you’ll learn:

  • How to apply our Good Food recommendations within the confines of your own specific dietary limitations, whether you eat some animal products or none at all
  • How to incorporate animal products back into your diet - if you so choose - in an ethically responsible manner
  • Our fool-proof meal planning template (MealSimple™) to help you manage meals, snacks and pre- and post-workout nutrition

Workshop Details:

Workshops are conducted via our virtual environment, typically using a web-cam, microphone and text chat.  You can participate using any or all of the above formats, a camera and microphone aren't required - but a strong, stable, broadband (fast) internet connect is necessary.

Events run 90 minutes in length, and are about half lecture, half Q&A time.  We limit each group to 20, to make sure everyone has plenty of individual attention.

We'll email everyone the sign-in details 24 hours before the event starts. Our virtual platform will give you helpful tutorials on setting up your web-cam and microphone, and allows you to test your connection prior to the event.  We recommend everyone test their set-up before the event is slated to start, so we can hit the ground running.

Prerequisites

The group is expected to be familiar with our general food-related recommendations before the event begins.  Suggested reading includes:

Questions?

If you have questions about this event (or other events), please email workshops@whole9life.com.

Regarding the Whole9 MealSimple™ template, Dr. Michael Hasz said, “While it’s obviously important to have excellent food quality, you also have to be in the right neighborhood with macronutrients. I tore your MealSimple™ template apart, put it back together, and did all the math. When all was said and done, I realized you had a really well organized plan for people.  You put thought into your recommendations and your meal planning template… and you got it right.”
